So this very big course is going on in Sofia, it is a YES!+ course. Youth Empowerment Seminar, for young professionals from 18 to 30+ years. It is dynamic, and great. It brings enthusiasm and a smile. It is just good and it helps with your everday life things. Deal easier with stress, have a healthier body and a smile on your face. Does anyone want more than that?

What I am doing now is promoting this course. The standing in the street and chatting people up is what I already did and know how to do. I am easygoing and have no problem talking to people. What I noticed today is that this openness and easinness to talk to absolutely any type of stranger (meaning that before maybe I would choose someone who has more of a grunge look, as it is something I relate to easier, and now it is absolutely anyone). Usually this ability would come out only when I was seriously drunk. I would, for example talk to skinheads, and become friendly with them, even though I would be in the company of lesbians or even transgender individuals. Just to see how far it goes, and anyway, these skinheads are also just people. Now, I realise, I am like this normally, without the need of stimulation, and even more so than before. What I want to say is, that all these qualities are in us. When sober I can be extremely shy and quiet, and hard to communicate with, but when alcoholised this other stuff comes out, that is actually already there anyway. Alcohol is not pulling out something new that would not happen normally, it is just encouraging (can I use the verb ‘to encourage’ for alcohol?) what is there. Qualities, fears…

Back to the course. Obviously I can do this chatting people up thing easily, and what I want now is to take a step further, and get more people to join the course at once. Not one by one. My idea is to go to the universities and talk to some people in charge there, to let me talk to students in classes. 

Why get people for the course? Firstly because this is just a plum/avocado/mandarin brilliant thing. And for raspberries’ sake, why not market and sell something so useful to people doing the course, people holding the course and eventually the money that is earned to be invested in future or current humanitarian events, or even for financing the YES! We Can to continue with all this good things we are doing. Marketing the power of the breathe? Why not? If people today are marketing absolutely every single piece of garbage they can, why not market the power of breathe, the magic of spirituality and sharing love and care for one another and ultimately the world, planet and universe?

Come to the course! Hahahahahaha.

YES, come, why the mango not? You have a gazillion excuses not to do it, is it money for you, or is it that this is not something for you? Is it that you do not have time or money? Or your girlfriend left you, or you are working, or what else? When will you not make an excuse for doing something that actually might improve your life quality?

Just do it. Just do it right. Just do it right now.
