Who’s teaching
Hi, I’m Gordana.
My friends call me Goga Yoga.
I have been practicing yoga, breathwork, and meditation for over 21 years, and teaching professionally for more than 16.
I’m a Life & Wellness Mentor, Sri Sri Yoga Teacher (500h), and Art of Living courses Facilitator. I teach authentic practices from a living tradition — put together in a way that is most fitting for modern life.
I share a home with my partner, his daughter, granddad, and our dog.
My way of teaching is known for precision and calm authority, delivered in a soothing voice. With fewer, but clear instructions, alignment gets more refined. As the practice becomes more familiar, the mind relaxes on its own — there are no perfect poses, only those that bring you in touch with infinity once you are at ease.
THE PRACTICE
Gentle, breath-led, and open to everyone.
Each yoga session begins with breathwork (pranayama), moves through warm-ups, continues with a series of postures (asanas), ends with resting (yoga nidra), and meditation — the tools described in ancient scriptures as preventing misery before it even arises.
Without adequate physical effort or activity, we cannot expect to calm down the body or the mind. Effort in return creates space for rest — and that rest is meditation, which restores and remedies our imbalances.

THE PROGRAM
6 sessions ⎮1.5 months ⎮ 2h classes
The program includes breathwork, yoga, and meditation to regulate your nervous system and prevent burnout. You’ll understand better how the body reacts, and the tendencies of the mind that lead to burnout.
As a yoga teacher and Ayurveda wellness mentor, I bring you simple daily routines along with lifestyle and food remedies that will benefit you long-term. All of this is present throughout the program, reinforced through weekly homework, and yours to keep in written form. The experience itself, like the knowledge, stays with you for life.

THE PHILOSOPHY
Preventing the suffering that hasn’t come yet.
Heyam dukham anagatam — a verse from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras says: suffering that hasn’t yet arrived can be prevented.
Burnout builds slowly — all the unprocessed stress, emotional distress (worry and regret), too much work that has to be done in too little time, piles up over time. This can hold only until your energy reserves get depleted.
Prevention is nothing more than this: consistently releasing the pressure that keeps building, before it takes over.
This isn’t for everyone. It’s for people who are ready to stop trying new things — and start coming home to one.

From people who’ve practiced with me
What it feels like.
“I usually don’t enjoy guided classes — I feel pushed into a pose. Gordana actually gives space for everyone to work at their own pace.”

Špela, Slovenia
“I love the energy and flow of the classes, and above all the authenticity of how they’re taught. Very supportive and inclusive.”

Marta, Poland
“The flow of the classes feels very natural. Gordana’s presence is gentle, warm, and welcoming. Every class leaves me with new energy.”

Katina, Croatia
The Burnout Prevention Yoga program is open to all levels of practitioners. If you miss a session, joining the option of both programs includes recordings until 30 June.
Bookings aren’t refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else, or use it for a later program.
